He formed trumpet-fronted instrumental dub-reggae band "Mute Beat" in 80'.
After the band dissolved, he acts as solo unit "Kazufumi Kodama (Echo) from Dub Station (His housename "Kodama" means "echo" in Japan).
Resently, he started new unit "Kodama & The Dub Station Band".
