Geinoh Yamashirogumi (Yamashiro Performance Art Group) are formed by Shoji Yamashiro (a.k.a. Tsutomu Ohashi).
They learned various chorus style in the
world (as Bulgaria, Georgia in Eastern Europe, Africa, central asia, and so on).
Especially they are interested in Balinese music. Gamelan (metalic gong), Jegog (ensemble of bamboo marimba), and Kecak dance, members of Yamashirogumi mastered every instruments and dancing, singing.
They are also known as soundtrack maker of animation movie "Akira".
